This includes generating quotes, submitting state and federal filings (such as Form E and MCS-90), issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and communicating with you regarding your policy status, renewals, or claims. We securely transmit necessary underwriting data to our direct partner carriers (including GEICO, Progressive, Berkley Small Business, and Corgi) solely for the purpose of securing your insurance rates.

By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in via our quote forms, you consent to receive SMS communications regarding your insurance quote, policy updates, and renewals. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Restrictions:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
