1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Barefoot One Trucking Insurance website (barefootone.com) or submitting any forms, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description & Underwriting

Barefoot One operates as a licensed, independent commercial insurance agency. We provide quoting, binding, and filing services (including FMCSA and state DOT filings) for commercial motor carriers. The quotes provided through our online forms are estimates based solely on the information provided and are subject to final underwriting approval by our partner carriers. We do not guarantee binding until a policy is fully executed and paid.

3. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions

When you opt-in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Barefoot One regarding your insurance quotes, policy status, DOT filings, and renewals.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (888) 696-0035. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@barefootone.com or (888) 696-0035.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

4. User Responsibilities & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or submitting a full application. Falsifying USDOT data, vehicle identification numbers (VINs), driver history, or operating radius may result in immediate policy cancellation, claims denial by the underwriting carrier, or legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and digital infrastructure on this site are the property of Barefoot One and our development partners. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from this website without explicit written permission.
